Before starting your Rescue Diver course, you’ll need a valid CPR and First Aid certification. No worries — we offer the PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) Course, which you can complete in just half a day before your rescue training begins.

Yes! The Emergency First Response course teaches CPR and first aid, which are required for Rescue Diver training. If you haven’t done it yet, we can schedule it just before your Rescue course.
The course typically takes 2–3 days, depending on class size, conditions, and how you complete your theory (eLearning vs in-person).
It’s definitely challenging, but also fun and empowering. You’ll learn to stay calm under pressure, handle dive emergencies, and become a more capable diver.
